The H&S Family
Henry Shaull started H&S Fencing & Supply in 2021 for a simple reason: he was out building fence for somebody else and kept thinking he could do it better if he were the one calling the shots. So he did. He went out on his own, and the work came.
Then James Came Home
Henry’s brother James was over the road at the time, driving truck. Good work, but it kept him away from his family, and he wanted to be home.
The fence business was growing faster than one man could handle. Henry needed the help. James came off the road, and the two of them have been running it together ever since.
It turned out to be the right split. Henry has the fence brain — he can look at a line and tell you where it wants to go, what it’ll take to hold it, and why the last guy’s corner failed. James has the business brain. He handles the side of it that keeps the lights on and the jobs scheduled so Henry can keep building.

Full Circle
One of the first jobs James helped Henry on was out at Alex’s parents’ farm.
Alex works for us now. He’s in the fabrication shop, building the gates and panels and everything else that goes out the door — including the kind that went up on his own folks’ place.
Bob’s the same story, just the long way around. He and James have worked together on farms all over this country for fifteen years — different places, different outfits, same handshake. These days Bob’s the one you’ll talk to about your project.
That’s about as good a picture of how this works as we can give you. The people we build for and the people we build with keep turning out to be the same people.

James’s wife, Danielle, works here. So does her dad, Roger. It really is a family business, top to bottom.
And the part we didn’t plan on is that it doesn’t stop at family. The people who come to work here end up family too. That’s just what happens when everybody’s name is on the work.
